Recently I was watching an old episode of Americas next top model.

You might ask yourself, why is such a smart, sophisticated and talented individual such as myself watching something as degrading as ANTM? Well, to forget that I am a smart, sophisticated and talented individual.

In this particular episode they had a girl with Asbergers syndrome on the show. This beautiful brunette who seemed to constantly be getting shit from the other girls.

At panel (and this is how deep into this shit I am, I know their own word for judges table) she got one of the best pictures and mentioned that she was an artist in her spare time. Immediately I was picturing halfway good Manga drawings and butterfly paintings.

Well, my snark was beaten back when they cut to her art, which was actually pretty good. The soon to be model explained that she used a lot of time making the eyes of the drawing or painting just right and that was why she made for such a good model.

I of cause thought this was a great opportunity to try out my own skill with eyes. Mind you, these eyes aren’t anywhere as good as the aspiring models drawing, but I think they hold their own OK.
